Challenge

Following a company-wide repositioning, Diversey needed to ensure that employee behaviours aligned with its new brand direction: Carrying and Protecting Always. To succeed, the internal culture had to evolve in step with the external message, requiring a shift in how teams thought, acted, and engaged with customers and one another

Solution

We partnered with Diversey’s senior leadership team to help define and embed five core behaviours across the organisation: Inclusiveness, Customer Driven, Always Improving, Bias for Action, and Accountability for Results.

Working closely with stakeholders, we developed a clear communication strategy linking each behaviour to practical business objectives such as talent development, margin growth, customer experience, and long-term profitability.

The campaign launched through company-wide town halls and rolled out over several weeks via internal platforms and local microsites. Each behaviour and its supporting strategy was introduced with dedicated educational videos featuring members of the senior leadership team. The tone was honest, human, and aligned with the company’s long-term ambitions

Impact

The programme helped drive a meaningful culture shift at Diversey. Employees gained a clearer understanding of how their actions contributed to business success, and internal feedback showed strong levels of engagement and support.

The initiative strengthened confidence in leadership and created a shared sense of purpose, reinforcing the company’s strategic direction across global teams.
