Mantrac wanted to improve internal engagement and build a stronger sense of shared purpose across its global workforce. The existing intranet was outdated, underused, and failed to support collaboration or align teams with company goals.
Transforming Internal Communications
Challenge
Solution
We redesigned the intranet into a modern, intuitive platform with a clean user interface and easier navigation. Alongside the technical upgrade, we launched a regular stream of tailored content focused on company news, values, and employee success stories—designed to foster a more connected and motivated workforce.
A key highlight of the campaign was the launch of The Women of Mantrac podcast. Created to celebrate female leadership and increase inclusion, it featured voices from across the business sharing stories, experiences and career journeys—helping to reinforce a culture of recognition and representation.
Impact
The new intranet marked a cultural shift in how Mantrac communicates across its global business. What was once an outdated, underused system became a centralised, user-friendly hub that supports transparency, accessibility, and employee connection.
Internal communications became more open and engaging, with leadership updates, recognition stories, and organisational news all in one place. The platform gave teams better visibility of business priorities and fostered a stronger sense of shared purpose. It also laid the foundation for new formats like The Women of Mantrac podcast, helping build a more inclusive and modern workplace culture.
