A native of Michigan, Rouech achieved a bachelor’s degree in public relations and marketing from Central Michigan University before taking on communications and marketing roles in agricultural seed brands. Following that, she worked as a communications specialist for Bastian Solutions, a material handling equipment and information systems provider serving customers in a variety of industries.
