Chinese media say xie xie to Mulberry
A press conference organised and managed by Mulberry at November’s bauma China 2016 exhibition for Haulotte Group – the leading global manufacturer and distributor of aerial work platforms and telehandlers – attracted a record-breaking 33 journalists from international as well as local construction media outlets.
Mulberry was able to secure such high interest from the media in Haulotte’s news that a further 22 one-to-one in-depth briefings with select journalists were arranged and managed at the event.
Things kicked off with remarks from Haulotte CEO Alexandre Saubot highlighting the company’s history, its recent financial performance both globally and specifically in the Asia Pacific region, and giving projections for the company’s growth in China. Up next on the speaker’s podium was Damian Gautier, Managing Director Asia Pacific for Haulotte who talked in detail about the Group’s presence in Asia. To wrap up the press conference, Haulotte’s APAC Sales & Marketing Director Suresh Kuttaiyan presented the machines on display at the show, one of which was a brand new aerial work platform which was having its global debut at the show.
Feedback on the conference and individual briefings were overwhelmingly positive. At the end in thanking Mulberry, one local Chinese journalist mentioned that the press conference was one of the best managed of the show thus far for him.
