Galleria Retail Technology Solutions, a UK-based software provider to retailers, wanted to launch into the U.S. – a market it had no brand awareness. Mulberry developed a communications strategy to quickly build awareness and credibility for the company with Tier 1 U.S. retailers. The campaign began with a New York City media tour, followed by an aggressive PR campaign. Mulberry also leveraged key European case studies to build credibility for the company in the U.S. Within 12 months, Galleria was working with three of the top 20 U.S. retailers and tripled the size of its U.S. team.
