Challenge

Clax Polar is an innovative detergent that allows hotels to wash linens at room temperature, cutting energy use and reducing wear on fabrics. The goal was to build awareness of its environmental and operational benefits among hospitality decision-makers.

Solution

We created a fully integrated campaign anchored by the polar bear—a symbol chosen to visually represent purity, sustainability and cleanliness. A short film set in a hotel room demonstrated the product’s real-world impact. This was supported by digital banners, lead generation content and targeted website experiences.
We also equipped sales teams with branded collateral and tailored messaging to support client conversations.

Impact

Despite a slower start due to COVID-19 restrictions, the campaign gained traction as the hospitality sector reopened
Clax Polar was adopted by Hilton Hotel Group and is now championed globally as a sustainability best practice
The campaign helped reposition a technical product as a strategic sustainability solution for hotels worldwide
