To successfully launch its Internet of Clean™ (IoC) platform for dispensers, floor care machines and more, Diversey needed to educate the cleaning industry on the value of IoT technology in general.
While IoT technology adoption was more prevalent in consumer and other business applications, implementation in the cleaning industry was in its infancy.
